Nine jobs, one video, a whole evening.

  1. Research the topic, tab sprawl
  2. Write and rewrite the script, the part that decides everything
  3. Generate the voiceover, a separate account
  4. Prompt an image per scene, and re-prompt the bad ones
  5. Download every asset, naming things
  6. Import into an editor, a second app, a second learning curve

Five steps. Two of them are yours.

The generator runs the other three and stops dead at both checkpoints.

01

Brief it

Pick a category, add an idea if you have one, choose a length. Or paste a Reddit thread and skip the writing entirely.

  • 28 categories
  • 4 length bands
  • or bring your own topic
02

Approve the script

The script lands before anything costs credits. Edit any line in place, or send it back and the generator writes another pass.

  • your call
  • free to redo
  • nothing spent yet
03

Approve the storyboard

Scene by scene: the still, the voice line, the caption. Swapping a shot here is free. Swapping it after the render is not.

  • your call
  • per-scene swaps
  • last stop before spend
04

Render

Voiceover, word-timed captions, music, sound effects, b-roll and camera motion get cut together into a single file.

  • one file
  • burned-in captions
  • credits leave here
05

Publish

Per-platform titles, tags and a cover image. Post it now, or drop it onto the month calendar and let the queue run.

  • YouTube
  • Instagram
  • or schedule it

Captions land on the syllable, not near it.

Word timings come out of the voice model itself, so the highlight is exact. Seven preset families ship, and any caption card can override the rest.

  • ON THE SYLLABLE karaoke
  • IMPACT kinetic
  • Whole line, centred cinematic
  • one word lit highlight
  • SOFT EDGE glow
  • Quietly set editorial
  • VHS TAPE retro

Hear the narrator before you pay for one.

Every voice in the roster has a sample you can play in the picker. Nothing is synthesized, and nothing is charged, until you have picked one.

The narration comes back with word-level timings, so the captions land on the syllable rather than on a guess.

It hands you a timeline, not a download.

The last ten percent stays yours, so a fix is an edit rather than another render or a round trip through a second app.

Real footage where generated stills would lie.

Photographic styles pull stock b-roll into the cut. Stylised ones suppress it, because a live-action clip in an anime video reads as a mistake.

Questions people ask first.

Do I have to show my face or record anything?

No. Narration is synthesized from one of 56 voices and every scene is generated, so nothing is filmed and nothing is recorded by you.

What if the script comes back wrong?

You read it before any render happens. Edit the lines, or send it back for another pass. Credits only move on the render you approve.

Can I still edit the video afterwards?

Yes. Every finished project opens in a full timeline editor, and the narrator can be swapped from there without regenerating the visuals.

Does it post to YouTube and Instagram for me?

Connect an account once and EggClip uploads on your behalf, either straight away or at a slot you place on the content calendar.

How long can a video be?

Vertical shorts run up to three minutes. Long-form is a chaptered 16:9 cut for YouTube, up to roughly twenty five minutes.

What happens if a render fails?

The credits come back automatically. Spending sits on an append-only ledger and a failed job posts its own compensating refund.
