What the finished document needs to cover

  1. 01 Account data: email, name, workspace membership, and how sign-in and verification work.
  2. 02 Content you supply: scripts, uploads, reference images, and how long they are retained.
  3. 03 Generated content: renders, voiceovers and stills held in object storage, and deletion on request.
  4. 04 Third-party processors: the AI providers that receive prompt text and audio, the payment provider, and the email sender.
  5. 05 Publishing connections: what a linked YouTube or Instagram account grants and how to revoke it.
  6. 06 Cookies and sessions, including anything set by the payment provider.
  7. 07 Data location, retention periods, and the process for export or erasure requests.
  8. 08 Contact route for privacy questions, and the legal entity responsible.
